as I said on Jan 27 the inspections were not concluded yet (on the verge of being concluded) thus and therefore no CHM could be held on DCVAXL yet on that date. Shortly after that the inspections were concluded. So 6 weeks later than we first heard the inspections were finished: mid-December

I know there reason for the delay but I don't want to say that here.
