Not to pack myself on the back, but this is just one of my posts that gave a suspicion that all, was not good with the inspections/data resulting in delay of approval.

Last week in January and not a peep from management. At the least they could give us a short PR stating everything is progressing as scheduled and waiting for approval. Just something -but not LP. Pathetic-just friggin pathetic.
What this shouts out is maybe things are not progressing as planned and there is a hang up with NWBO data/inspections. Wouldn't be the first time.
Why don't one of you minions contact your buddy, D.I and hold his feet to the fire for an update.

That's the most plausible explanation I've heard to date, adding in the inexplicable time it's taking, for a treatment that's already approved on a compassionate basis for a few years now. So worst case MARCH if true.

The most important thing is, however, that the inspections are now behind us as of the end of January (we all thought it was mid-December, well it wasn't) and all issues have been resolved

I think this statement is accurate. There may have been a final unexpected inspection that came up in late January, putting the inspections finally behind us. :)
