Let me help you get those warm and fuzzies then! You are misconstruing his statement of 'not progressing at all' to be in reference to research and not care. If you care to look into Andrew Gwynne's intent for the ten year plan in regard to brain tumors beyond one sound clip it should help. I find this line from him on 1/7/25 to be straight forward:

We are committed to ensuring that people with brain tumours have access to more effective treatments and excellent care through, for instance, our national cancer plan, and we will give more details shortly.

Why would you commit to providing access to care beyond current SOC if your stance was research hasn't even progressed 🤯

Like I said, I'm not putting too much worry into it because he wasn't talking about DCVax, it was an unplanned response to a live inquiry, and ya' just can't read too deep into things like this. But it doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies, that's for sure.

one could then also equally argue that he is unaware of the Jama or he did and does not believe the progress extensively described in the peer-reviewed article in the battle on GBM n/r, so I would not put any weight on his opinion. I am in the circle to know that a tremendous delay took place in the review process because of some difficulties at the inspection sites. Those delays are now over and they are now finally going through the last phase after inspections. So NO one absolutely no one knows 100% officially if DCVAXL will be approved for sure. (I think it will be in March 6 weeks after the end of January).
