Perhaps a little internet sleuthing would enlighten you that about 20% of common gaps NEVER fill.
Conclusion: while it is possible it will occur in AVXL as you postulate, it is not set in stone. It cannot be proven statistically that it will always occur.

Since historically AVXL always rises, don't leave out that side of the equation. Also, Anavex is a non-human entity and thus cannot lie.
