Apple has no rights through the MTA to BMG processes and formulas that are not within the time frame spelled out in the license agreement. This opens the door for Eontec/LQMT PLA to be a path for revenue to lqmt when processes and formulas (falling outside Apple MTA) are used to produce an Apple product/parts through EONTEC.

True, but what has LQMT developed in recent years. They have slashed R&D. Is there anyone left at the company besides a few unsuccessful salespeople? IMHO, LQMT better hope that the old licensed technology is commercially viable because they don't appear to be creating anything new.

Look to what was shared in IP and processes from EONTEC with lqmt. Its outside of APPLE MTA.
