I have read the licensing agreement multiple times, and I can tell you with 100% certainty that there is nothing in that agreement regarding royalties. As I have explained to you more than once, the agreement provides for exclusive territories, but it has no provisions for enforcing the exclusivity. Furthermore, Apple isn’t a party to that agreement. Apple can use its license to produce components of CE devices without regard to any regional exclusivity agreed upon by LQMT and Eontec.

Prove me wrong. Quote the portion of the licensing agreement that explicitly states that there are royalties, or admit Li told you that in one of your multiple private communications. LOL

Enforcement comes from the law. Your explanation is yours and not the consensus of all. Most understand the contract to be spelling out a pay out to LQMT if products are sold in their territories. This is the easiest explanation. Not the fancy tapping that tries to exclude it.
