Like Ex says, the chances are good the financiers are involved in these games and discovery goes both ways. It would’ve taken just one solid partner, or even just a trustworthy CEO and CFO committed to doing professional quarterly calls, to cancel out any stock underperformance this minor alleged spoofing game could’ve achieved.
