Well congrats on your 100% return North . The situation is different tho . A share holder vote is just the first stage of the process . There are significant SEC filings that need to take place before the actual reverse split can occur . A better comparison with CDMO might be the time from the shareholder vote to accept the offer ....to SEC recording completion of the sale and transfer of assets . I haven't followed CDMO but usually the time from share holder vote to actual change of ownership recorded by the SEC ...is several mths isn't it ?
