It's NOT about 'diverse jobs', dense one, but rather a work force that draws from diverse strengths among its hires.
For examples the military has many specialties that need different backgrounds/qualifications.

We've probably seen the last of an ad like this; consider it a morning piss on your Cheerios.

See the problem is America dose not have a enough diverse jobs for people to do.
And what I mean by that is jobs for kids to do & jobs for adults

Interesting way to look at adults competing with kids but US economy is quite robust notwithstanding Dolly's musing that
"It's almost like the man doesn't want me to get ahead"..

The trades, mining, etc,.. big shortages of labor off the top of my head but robust:

"The minimum wage was never ment to raise a family on it is a starting place in the job market"

The fuck it wasn't. That is exactly what the minimum wage was intended to be.

FDR said what that minimum wage was

“In my Inaugural I laid down the simple proposition that nobody is going to starve in this country. It seems to me to be equally plain that no business which depends for existence on paying less than living wages to its workers has any right to continue in this country. By "business" I mean the whole of commerce as well as the whole of industry; by workers I mean all workers, the white collar class as well as the men in overalls; and by living wages I mean more than a bare subsistence level-I mean the wages of decent living. ”
