A strong DEI policy can be a key factor for attracting diverse talent. Companies that abandon these policies might find it harder to attract and retain employees from diverse backgrounds

See the problem is America dose not have a enough diverse jobs for people to do.
And what I mean by that is jobs for kids to do & jobs for adults
What is going on now is adults are in competition for a job that is ment for a kid

The minimum wage was never ment to raise a family on it is a starting place in the job market
