A long time trader came up with this theory and it makes perfect sense to me... took me awhile to figure that out
they front run these deals before the offering, they load and dump on the big moves, then they short the shit out of them and use the shares they get in the offering to cover, the money they make up and down more than satisfies the small loss on the offering price
