No hiring at Advent means they are already prepared for initial production demands which current employees can handle and Dr. Mark Lowdell and or other Qualified Person can release with the benefit of digitization readiness. That’s what MIA Human certification was all about so hiring is not the issue and the spend rate to support the commercial readiness is what has been driving share count up.
Reimbursement is a legitimate concern but if MHRA and NHS have not been working with NWBO with regard to the timing of submissions needed for NICE reimbursement rate determination, expected timing for Flaskworks approval and NHS interim set aside funding then they are just as much to blame for failing their patients as NWBO could ever be.
Bottom line is I’m not worried about the revenue because projections will be coming soon after approval and UK can been seen as a leader or an also ran with what comes next after initial news breaks. You are betting MHRA and NHS will continue to be viewed as third rate, not me. Let’s see how you handle their news when you end up finding yourself surprised; ). Best wishes.
