My personal opinion is they will continue to stay away from saying anything. When Les said "later, in the fall" last year, SP tanked. No timeline is best timeline right now because we know its close.

I also emailed DI on the same info, but added if a deal is in the works (pending approval) then LP should consider using some of those funds a part of a buyback program...Also consider moving to the SKE.

The only difference is, I would rather have them just do it as a surprise instead of PR'ing their intentions.
