I think you are forgetting about the spoofing and illegal stock manipulation to crooks have used through the years, and continue to do, to lower the stock price, so of course it takes more shares to do normal financing which excessively increases the share count.
The crooks controlling the share price know this and count on the extra share/dollar in the hopes of devaluing NWBO to nothing. But they have lost.
Let’s see what the court decides on this matter. I think we all know.
