Maybe someone more knowledgeable can chime in . But way I see it is that with new CUSP, it will be a new company . So to trade new CUSP should not be in any way related to trading previous CUSP. So I don't see how nakes shorting new CUSP will have a requirement to cover previous shorts on a different CUSP??
