Lizzy, Amarin Pharma Inc, registered in Delaware, is a separate legal entity to and a wholly owned subsidiary of Amarin Corporation plc, an entity registered in England and subject to English company law. I know the structure of Amarin, I helped set up and run Amarin Pharma Inc. Amarin Pharma Inc is simply an operating company. The patents are all owned by Amarin Pharmaceuticals Ireland Limited, a company registered in Ireland and also a wholly owned subsidiary of Amarin Corporation plc.
