Lizzy, I agree that the WEF speech is unlikely to be the driver. In that case however, it is surprising to see such a big move without news. I hope a substantive reason soon becomes apparent and justifies a continued push. I hope a BP has finally decided to buy some shares cheap in advance of a planned bid.
