I make no assumptions. There's no US supply of API. It's all foreign sourced and at risk of a tariff. The post I replied to tried to imply that Amarin was doing something the generics weren't and could avoid tariffs. Not the case. And if it were the case where generic product encapsulated overseas was subject to a tariff but could avoid that tariff by encapsulating the API in the US, the generics would simply make that change in a few months and avoid the tax.
