Merck is busy building millions of sq feet for DCVax . They don't have time for trivial stuff like producing few 100 BCGs in 1 year .

It is in short supply, and NWBO trials are not a priority for Merck, Bladder cancer therapy is a priority, you know this. You know LP stated supply was the issue (see also: https://www.fiercepharma.com/manufacturing/rival-merck-monopolizes-bcg-supply-immuntybio-taps-serum-institute-new-combos), and it is why NWBO are studying potential alternatives.
