Maybe a bit selfish here, but that would be a nice outcome and I would happily buy back my shares if that happens.

Teoxane was bluffing about wanting to acquire RVNC, IMO, but the bluff succeeded in getting Crown to pay an additional $0.55/sh.

82% of RVNC shares tendered, exceeding the 50% threshold for completing the deal.

RVNC was my biggest investing mistake ever. Daxxify is a great product, but management undercut the company's prospects again and again. C'est la vie.
