I have no expectation that this time will be different or that it will not be different.

I want it to be different and for that I am mocked by folks like you.

I am honest about the fact that until the moment passed and the goal posts moved, folks acted like each upcoming catalyst was unique and therefore could not disappoint.

I’ve got my popcorn and will watch events unfold and hope that NWBO starts paying off as I will recoup my losses and start making gains if it does.

As for the rest:

Lawsuits are a distraction whether they are filed against NWBO management or come from NWBO management. The laws are written by big corporate interests for the benefit of big corporate interests.

Corporate executives are higher up the food chain than retail shareholders (and working people) and the laws protect their class interests and always will. Within the corporate class, the interests of bigger players are protected more than smaller players For an illustration, ask yourself how much tax did Amazon (proportionate to their income) compared to smaller corporations let alone mom and pop businesses or individual taxpayers?

That reality benefits Ms. Powers in fending off efforts to impose accountability and transparency and of course in defending against the lawsuit about the alleged true ups. Golden parachutes and other perks accruing to executives even when retail shareholders get jack is standard.

That same reality hurts comes back to hurt Ms. Powers when she tries to sue bigger fish within the privileged corporate class than she is.

Basically it’s the food chain. We’re the small retail fish and some retailers are suing her for (allegedly) getting chewed on by her, she is suing bigger corporate fish for (allegedly) tearing chunks out of her.

Well, Investor082, for someone who joined the board only 10 months ago, and whose posts indicate you were happily buying shares then, your attitude has shifted 180 degrees. At any rate, the answers you're looking for are there if you're willing to do the work and look for the delay. Your choice, but if you thought there was likelihood of an assured profit in a relatively short time, welcome to the world of small biotechs. Blame the MHRA for this delay, they failed to meet processing goals by a large degree in 2023, and a recent report confirms they've failed to make any real improvements in 2024.
