We know that NICE and NWBO are “in talks”because NWBO publicly disclosed this fact on the record and NICE has also confirmed it…

At the most recent ASM, the CEO referred to the fact that NICE and NWBO are in routine communication, and NICE had published a note on their website in 2024 indicating that communication with NWBO would be ongoing.

“NICE has been absolutely wonderful to us …They've been supportive. They've been flexible. They're standing by… We talk to them. They reach out to us every couple of months…”

As an aside, it’s also noteworthy that NICE updated the published title in 2024 to align with the MAA indications of both nGBM and rGBM. The update was published around March, and it may be significant.

Management always says the same nonsense over and over. They claim to be in talks with NICE and regulators like the MHRA, but then what? Did it shorten the process? Absolutely not!
