Probably correct about Hindenburg. It looks as it our 7 friends were not that smart. You know they have over 500k worth of short positions shares every day.
The question is what is the penalty?

I doubt so as they advertise as being a short firm. That's all they do .
I think it's more to do with investigations and possibly ruffling feathers with wrong people .
