Their homepage CBD link goes to some other company selling mail order weed. Look at their Lab Results, anything marked with SV is Sueño Verde, not American Green.

Gierzyk - $2M lien against ERBB
Loan company - $900k for the Agronomic IQ adiabatic swamp cooling units (which are still sitting in the parking lot if you check google maps)
Another loan company - $300k on a loan American Green defaulted on.
Cypress Chill grow was lost to foreclosure, all those millions gone.
