There are no plans. They dont own a grow op anymore, they gave it to Seuño Verde to cover their debts. they have no vending machines, VendWeb is going back to Lindel. Their homepage CBD link goes to some other company selling mail order weed. Look at their Lab Results, anything marked with SV is Sueño Verde, not American Green.
Theyre being sued by like 4 different entities:
Glorious Extracts
Gierzyk - $2M lien against ERBB
Loan company - $900k for the Agronomic IQ adiabatic swamp cooling units (which are still sitting in the parking lot if you check google maps)
Another loan company - $300k on a loan American Green defaulted on.
Cypress Chill grow was lost to foreclosure, all those millions gone.
