Yup bread is big thing in Denmark too and a stable food for many, which unfortunately is also seeing erosion from the industrialised output of pretty horrible bread - you can actual feel how its not good for you as you eat it.

Still though lots of artisan bakeries here doing their craft with passion and have queues lining up including turists to get a slice.

Good morning Steve, I look forward to reading your comments on a daily basis. I especially enjoy your transparency and vulnerability as you communicate on various topics whether personal, fundamental or technical. Biotech is extremely oversold and has been in the pits for the last few years. Sentiment is awful. Interest rates appear to have peaked. Rotation to the sector from overbought areas appear to be a good bet to me. JMHO

The beer in the States is actually top notch if you know what you're buying. So many options with so many styles. It's honestly the Golden Age of Beer Drinking. Go AVXL! ...back in topic now! A friendly reminder that the stock market is closed Monday, Jan 20th MLK Holiday.

I pay the extra to get solid bread imported from Germany

I would imagine after a week's transportation it would be pretty solid. Easier to just buy bread at a bakery. ;-)

Czech beer is the best of all. But plenty of tasty US microbrews
