I agree . I couldn't find any other documentation about number of pages required . So this is the only source and it fits lots of bullet points in context of NWBO

Well we know it doesn't have data from the multiple clinical trials it is trying to use as the control arm. And that's a huge problem and the reason why they didn't submit a BLA.
