No, your inability to admit the contract to sell 40 million dollars worth of silk was a failure is your lack of credibility.

Now if you want to say KBLB grew or learned things from the failure that's fine but it was an utter failure and another example of Kim's credibility issues and him putting the cart infront of the horse.

You don't sign a contract to sell 40 million dollars worth of product unless you know you can deliver.

Kim wasn't able to deliver anything towards the contract. It was a failure.
