The company is not sold. We're not even close to that.
They likely skipped the conference because...what are they gonna talk about?
"Gee, you guys will be delisted in 4 months, and your market cap is $200M, what are you gonna do?"
That's about the only topic of conversation there would be. And Denner certainly doesn't want his people at a conference talking about that.
You guys are talking about a buyout being a done deal, and we can't even sell our sole product in most of Europe yet.
There's still a lot of work to be done.
Plus, a public company cannot agree to a buyout and just keep it from shareholders until it's convenient for them.
