How could ABB make additional payments outside the court's order and not have to 8-k their shareholders? Keep it a secret. There is a 10% rule for having to file....what I found dealt with filing the INITIATION of the lawsuit but it could by extension also apply to the terms agrred upon inside and outside the lawsuit.
