Wondering the same thing here. Making a $3mm payment by March 2nd may allow the case to be closed, but it doesn't say that more payments aren't scheduled to follow, necessarily. Although that logic seems a bit like a stretch to me. Is it likely that they'd really be playing games in how they disclose the settlement? Maybe NDA effects how they're going about this, though, huh?

Jane, just check out a few big leaguers like MSFT. They often have terms that are never disclosed. Some are and other details remain under cover.
