.01 will be a nice place to sit at the end of the month 6 month is where I am interested in seeing though personally that should give enough time for all the deals to process and finalize and hopefully reflect positively on the financials

An 8K is usually a good thing. But I bet between you and many others we could find a thousand BS 8K's. I Can point to a company who put out 200 and is now on the Expert Market. So I still proceed with caution.

all i know is if they say whats coming is coming it wont be quiet in any fashion!!! thre PRs will blow this wide open...i believe
