I think your unhappiness is misplaced at this juncture. It was established, on June 29, 2024, at the ASM, (thanks to LP), that the December 20, 2023 submission, had not yet received an RFI and the reason was the MHRA backlog and over worked employees. I think most, if not everyone paying attention believes the RFI was received on or before August 2 (thanks to some clever 8/2/24 8K from the company). Since then, through excellent DD, TVA determined our submission did not receive its first CHM until June 27/28, 2024. On a normal trajectory, our second and probable final CHM (if necessary) would have occurred December 19/20, 2024. Typically the earliest a decision announcement would be forthcoming, where applicable, would be three weeks thereafter (however, this included a holiday period).
