FeMike, why did you find it necessary to lie and use a fake quote regarding the NYSA slide deck?
Right you are Flip, as usual. While I'm not sure I'd say I lied, it was indeed a misquote. It did not specifically say the primary endpoint failed. The slide before the first results were presented said, and I quote:
Original primary endpoint, when trial designed in 2007: Progression-Free Survival (PFS)
and the slide immediately after, when the first results were shown, said and I quote:
PFS was not significantly different between the DCVax-L arm and placebo arm: p=0.47 • mPFSwas 6.2 months (95% CI: 5.7-7.4 months) for DCVax-L patients; mPFS was 7.6 months (95% CI: 5.6-10.9 months) for placebo patients
I forgot I have to dumb things down for you, but again while it doesn't directly say the original primary endpoint failed, that is in fact exactly what those quotes mean.
So yes, you got me. What I "quoted" was not exactly what was said. I apologize, I should not have used those quotation marks, though both mean exactly the same thing. I can always count on Flip the pedant. I hope it didn't keep you awake last night.
