I guess I missed that 30% psPD in the paper that stated they could not determine if it was psPD or real PD. Can you point it out?
And the expected rate of psPD on SOC for GBM is considered to be around 20%. Why you would look at CIs, which are not used in GBM, is beyond me. You do understand various cancers are different, and GBM is the worst wrt rsPD differentiation.
Nice poster there on 4 mice from several years ago But why is there basically no difference between the mice with placebo and those with DC vaccine alone? Looks to me like it was the CI and CSF-R1 that provided the big win over saline.
