Your assuming that linda worthless did not screw up the submission, which is likely the cause of the delay. It's been a year, and what, 4 or more years since data lock? That is all nonmanagements fault. They should all be terminated.
Caught up with what? Didn't you see the last report the backlog they cleared up isn't for the DCVax-L drug category. The approval time for new drugs is more than a year per last report. Who knows now maybe since it's DCVax-L they decided to double the approval time. We're well over a year so 2 years is possible. People said there's no way it can take a year and look where we are. So stop the crap it's very possible.
