Where are the XTI shares? Really? They were converted to XTIA shares upon the merger, and the reverse split.

Yet you're so crazy and paranoid you think 40% of the shares just disappeared 'because the scam companies fraudulently... yada yada,' no other reason.

you say you didn't talk ownership (as if XTIA shares owned by Xeriant), and yet you say Xeriant never took ownership.

Prove it! Your claim. That XTIA shares have not been transferred by XTI to Xeriant.

For what reason(s) would the XTIA shares be transferred, Xeriant therefore own the shares, and yet Xeriant file no 8-K?
