And, There is only 1 riddle remaining and that is what’s taking so long on the MTD? Did the legal teams ask the judge to not render until decision from the MHRA or did the Judge decide this on his own?
The less sexy option…..the judge is just busy…..but is he really? The plaintiff satisfied the only question from the judge so how long can this really take?
May 10 I tried buying when I saw the stock tanking…..bids and ask were flying 30 cents, 40 cents - I’d place a limit order at the ask, and as I waited for confirmation my trade was ignored when it should have filled. I’d cancel and place a new order on the ask, same thing this cycle repeated probably 5 times so I said screw it my personal meeting was starting and I placed a market order.
That one filled at 64 cents while the bid never went over 50 cents during this episode which lasted about 10 minutes. That’s when I knew.
