Read the BMCS annual they filed. Sounds like Tony is, or has sold the remaining Sumcoin to acquire more commodities. He didn't need to issue preferred shares for operating capitol this year. His X posts suggest $$$ has come or will come soon to restore USEI while moving BMCS forward.

BMCS has been back up for close to a year now. Gotta be close to something HUGE taking place. July is coming fast.
