iclight, I do realise that - I'm not a complete numbskull. However, that alters my hypothesis not one jot nor iota. I would also suggest that anybody who knows and understands the science that underpins my point of view would strongly consider opting out of temozolomide and radiotherapy if they develop GBM, instead just opting for surgery + enhanced DCVax-L immunotherapy - I know I would.

With tumor shrinkage as endpoint: a few months but not too long. I also think and hope that many people with GBM, after approval, will be able to choose to skip Chemo and radiation and go for DCvax (+) alone. Great future for NWBO, don't you yhink so?
