For the life of me, Marcelli's continued involvement with this company is a disturbing curiousity (as well as as Bucchi, whose credentials seem to be more suited to a greeting card company). Marcelli, in my opinion, has been predominately responsible for the derailment of the company. Lebby was not a great CEO, but he was a great CFO with vision and gravitas. Marcelli is leech, lacking in CFO skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to think strategically. I'm happy to have Yves at the helm. Lebby being forced out is very disappointing. Marcelli still hanging around, like black mold, is toxic. Bucchi as BOD Chair just seems silly. I guess we'll see how this lineup performs on the pitch.
