Understand what you are saying however, IMO 2-73 and 3-71 won't be combined in any deal. We saw Missling separate 2-73 between liquid form and solid as a way to break them apart. He's not going to partner the entire enterprise. The pie will be sliced.
That is of course unless the price is right.
