Rose, I am holding a bag with a loss of 400k. Most of my shares I purchased just after FDA approval. If only if JT put full force against those generics in Las Vegas we would have seen different days. He thought it would be a easy win. Alas !! Generics get away with cropped documents. Du had her fault, she is idiot but lawyers could do much better against her if home grown lawyers are not appointed by JT. I Hate John Thero. Even Marjac would easily win in Las Vegas.
We went from thinking Denner would bring up 15-20 a share two years ago to now being ready to do cartwheels if he could get us 4 a share. It really has been quite the epic downfall. I only kept 35% of my position still because I know if I sold it all a miracle probably would happen. But I would be just fine with 4 a share on my remaining holding but not even sure he can get that within the next few yeard. Europe is so slow it would take at least 5 years at this point and we only have one drug. Court cases are years away at best.
