Sorry man, I can't help you there. Drugs are waaaaaaaaay outa my league.
Run it by your practitioner- 'splain what happened in the past and what
your concern is. Hell, they might even give you something better or
"fresher". They also may give you a deeper local at the same time.
Now, having said that, if it were me, and both Oxy and Tramadol were in my
medicine cabinet, and I had no issues in the past with either- and since
I've proffered a disclaimer- I would consider the oxy (generally more potent) first.
And for the love of all mankind, do NOT take any ETOH with either one That
is playing Russian roulette with your life.
