My Dearest Reginald: Really? The company decided to let the stock go into the toilet because there was no need to say anything re their PIC progress?

And again - the idea of a "difference of opinion" is to my knowledge something without any evidence..

And - no evidence of deep negotiations with Tier1s -- I've pointed out multiple times the Q3 legal fee increase was only some $15 K over 2 years ago! And same for the 9 months YTD legal fees over last year!

I know you said you are busy but really you should take some time and read my post very carefully to be sure you are really comfortable with your unsupported narrative.

YET we have a resignation letter that not only doesn't mention the PIC but mentions moving into new verticals. You really need to hope for a year end update that touts QUANTUM COMPUTING.
