Post reverse split. This stock is a complete scam as well. And while the SOLI shareholders got a pittance of shares here, Charles Scott got 7 million.

Which he appears to be liquidating before going to prison on five federal fraud convictions.

I'm hoping the spinoff shares will be 1 for 1 on this Nasdaq company. We still have a chance with the spinoff as long as they don't restrict those shares as well.
