In my honest opinion, the MHRA wouldn't deny the application over minor issues and could simply issue another RFI. The only reason they would reject the approval is if there are fundamental problems with the trial process, especially given the complexities of conducting the trial across multiple sites. If additional trial data or modifications were needed, they likely would have requested it by now, and NWBO would have issued a PR.

Delays due to "administrative deficiencies and backlogs," when they 100% know that more people will die every day of the delays, is the height of bureaucracy, and is beyond unconscionable. It is immoral.
