I mean, I know what the purpose of the CHM is, I just don't see how (potential) confirmation that the CHM has reviewed is relevant anymore.
If we would have found out back when it happened it'd be one thing, but most folks who've educated themselves on the process enough should have assumed by now that the application had at minimum reached CHM review.
A CHM review doesn't change the odds of approval at all. In fact, it only means that the MHRA did not outright approve the MAA (which is rare, I'm not saying this as a bad thing). With the exception of an outright approval, all applications must be reviewed by the CHM. If the MHRA wants to reject, they must first send the application to CHM for review.
Only a 50% chance that the MHRA will approve DCvax-L? Not very inspiring odds. Care to discuss the rationale of a 50% possibility of failure and why that is a reason for being "bullish"?
