The inspections, and the potential for additional inspections, are not done until the MHRA approves or denies the MAA. So NW can't know, and so cannot PR, that the inspections are done until MHRA approves or denies the MAA.

Dave Innes can answer that and the company can PR it. If the answer was "they are done" it would be good news. They would PR it.

Well, this is just not true.

Look at the latest Q for evidence that they have a slew of good news they could PR but are choosing not to. Combo deals. Direct restart. RP trial expansions. etc.

I don't agree with that strategy. I think it is selfish, ignorant, short sighted or sleazy of LP to continue diluting at these prices while sitting on good news; but, that is their strategy nonetheless.

Saying that a lack of a PR declaring inspections are complete is proof positive that inspections are not complete is simply false, in light of the fact that we don't have a PR on other items that we know to be complete.
