If they reject it, it wont be because they are a tiny biotech. Plenty of other smaller biotechs have gotten their products approved. The reason why they went to the UK is because this trial is so convoluted and really just needs to be re-done, and the FDA likely told them this already but this company is so broke that they can't design and run a proper trial. So this is just a hail Mary attempt in the UK. LP already has won, she has setup cognate since sold and setup advent. This is a winner winner chicken dinner for her and her cronies on shareholders backs.
